This is a gorgeous 1977 Gibson RB800 Banjo and includes the original Gibson Hardshell Case.  The banjo is a one owner who bought originally in 1977.
Description
This is a curly maple banjo with gold hardware.  The gold hardware is engraved all over.  This is a beautiful banjo with lots of work.  The neck is also curly maple.  The tuners are all gold with really nice buttons.  The tuning keys are also engraved.  The armrest is gold.  The fretboard is ebony with a custom Hearts and Flowers inlay pattern.  The banjo is all original with no alterations made.
Condition
The banjo is definitely in overall great shape but there is some signs of use and age.   The gold definitely looks fantastic.  This really has clean metal.  The armrest has worn off some of the gold but most is still there.  This is a really attractive banjo with some signs of use and age that sounds and plays incredibly well and will turn heads.
