This is a brand new Davis Mahogany 5 string Banjo with a Flying Eagle inlay pattern.  This has been inspected and set up at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta Georgia.

Description
Tim Davis has been building banjos for several years now and has really gotten his technique down.  He is in North Carolina and is making what is probably the best value on an American Made Banjo today.
This has a 3 ply hard rock maple shell.  The neck and resonator are both mahogany.  The banjo has nickel hardware.  This has a one piece armrest with an authentic Presto tailpiece.  The tone ring is a Davis ring and this has a one piece flange.
The fretboard is rosewood and has a very nice Flying Eagle inlay pattern.  There is white binding on each side of the neck and resonator and concentric rings on the back of the resonator.
This is absolutely a professional quality banjo and I know of no American Made Banjo at this price that delivers what this banjo does.  This is gorgeous and sounds incredible.  The banjo comes in a brand new Superior Hardshell Case.
Condition
This is brand new and the case is brand new as well.
Set Up
We professionally set up this banjo at the Banjo Warehouse.  This has a new Remo frosted head which is set to 90 on a drum dial.  The bridge is a new Davis bridge and the banjo has correct intonation.  The action is set nicely and is fully adjustable.  This has a lot of bang and I do mean a lot and is also a fantastic player.
